This place is horriable!! I went to see a woman there and have her my info and what I wanted and she says that she would get back to me either through email or she would call me work information that she came up with, we'll is been over a month and I haven't heard nothing from anyone!! Guess I'll find my own vacation!! I was hoping for some help with a family vacation.
They are not open Sunday like the site says.
I called this Liberty Travel office in Parsippany and spoke with Keith. I explained to him that I needed a group rate vacation for 4 families. I gave him serveral options that we were willing to travel to. I gave Keith all the details that he would need to provide us with a quote. Keith however, NEVER called me and NEVER sent me any quotes by email. It has been 3 weeks and he completely dropped the ball on this one. I will not refer or use this agent to take care of my vacation needs.
